rt777 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment experience for players in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to read and understand these Terms. If you have any doubts, please contact our support team.

rt777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the service after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.

02 Eligibility

To participate on rt777, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of anyone else.
• The information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.
• All activity on your account is carried out by you personally.
• You will not operate more than one account at the same time.
• You are not on a prohibited list under the laws of any country or jurisdiction.

rt777 may request additional documents or information at any time to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

All players must create an account with accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each player may hold only one account. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and any bonuses will be cancelled.

3.3 Account Security

Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. rt777 is not responsible for unauthorised access to your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify us immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Closure

Players may request account closure at any time. rt777 also reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the event of a rule violation.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rt777 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.2 Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per method
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Additional time may be required during identity verification or security reviews.

4.4 Currency & Legitimacy of Funds

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The use of funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited. rt777 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if suspicious transactions are detected.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

rt777 offers new players a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total of ৳2,500; a deposit of ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total of ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. For the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount — on the bonus only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Claiming the same bonus more than once, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or accumulating bonuses through irregular betting patterns is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a specific validity period, which is stated in the bonus offer details. Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once they expire.

5.5 Right to Modify Bonuses

rt777 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice. Players will be informed in advance regarding active bonuses.

06 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

rt777 is committed to ensuring an equal and fair gaming environment for all players. The games on the platform are developed by recognised software providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi — and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a software or hardware error, rt777 reserves the right to void that round or bet. The relevant stake amount will be refunded in such cases.

6.3 Permitted Devices & Software

Players may only play games through rt777's official platform. The use of automated bots, scripts, VPN abuse, or any third-party software is strictly prohibited.

6.4 Sports Betting

Markets and odds in the sports betting section may change at any time. If an event is cancelled, the relevant bet will be refunded. rt777 may investigate and void bets in the event of match fixing or any other irregular betting patterns.

07 VIP Program

rt777's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is awarded at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Decisions regarding VIP tier assignment and promotion are entirely at rt777's discretion. rt777 reserves the right to change cashback amounts and benefits. VIP benefits are non-transferable.

• Bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or coordinated fraud
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour towards other players

If any of the above violations are detected, rt777 reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.
